4 week class Cost $75
Wednesdays – November 30, December 7, 14 ,21 6:30-8:30pm
Age 16 & up
Learn essential camera settings to shoot like a natural. Compose images to create dramatic photographs on both your Smartphone and DSLR camera. Build confidence in subject-specific techniques and edit your photos to a professional finish.
Materials: DSLR camera or a phone with a free app to control camera settings. Many free photo editing programs are available for your personal devices.
Introductory Watercolor Painting Class
4 week class Cost $85
Tuesdays – November 29, December 6, 13, 20 6:30-8:30pm
Age 16 & up
Enjoy the spontaneity and brilliance of watercolor. While painting still life and landscapes, you will learn how colors interact and a variety of techniques to capture diverse subjects. Supplies and brushes will be provided for in-class instruction. A list of recommended supplies will enable you to practice and continue your painter’s journey.

*Painters will want their own supplies and several 8×10 or larger canvases to practice at home.
Homeschool Studio
Your children will learn and develop visual skills in each 8-week session of Homeschool Studio for Grades 1-2, Grades 3-5, Grades 6-8 and Grades 9-12. Developmentally appropriate lessons build on a student’s skills by teaching sequential lessons to encourage artistic growth. Lessons and media vary from session to session including various drawing, painting and three-dimensional media.

These classes are open only to students of Anchor Christian Academy.
Click below to sign up for either High School or Middle School art for the spring semester. High School students, sign up for either time period and once your schedule is set with Anchor you’ll be placed in either the 8:10 or 9:10 period depending on what works with your schedule.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
*If you cancel 10 days or more before start of class/workshop, you will receive a refund less 10% of class/workshop cost up to $20 for administrative fees. Refunds can take up to 10 days to issue. No refunds less than 10 days before start of class.
*If you cancel 2-9 days before class, credit will be given less 10% of class/workshop up to $20 admin fee. All credit must be used within one calendar year.
*If you cancel within 24 hours of the class, no credit or refund given. We will attempt to try to fill your seat, and if we can, you will receive a credit, see terms above.
*Any missed classes by the student during a course series cannot be refunded, credited or made up.
